Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
• Generate leads through cold calling, references, digital platforms, and field activities
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
2. Client Relationship Management
• Understand client requirements and financial capabilities
• Provide personalized property solutions
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
3. Property Presentation & Site Visits
• Schedule and conduct property site visits
• Present property features, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Handle client queries during visits
4. Sales & Deal Closure
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients
• Follow up on leads to ensure conversions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
5. Market Research & Knowledge
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
• Provide market insights to clients
6. Documentation & Coordination
• Assist clients with booking, agreements, and documentation
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and internal teams
• Ensure smooth transaction process
7. Customer Service & After-Sales Support
• Provide post-sale assistance
• Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
8. Reporting & CRM Management
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales
• Update CRM systems regularly
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Required Skills:
