Sales Manager Full-Time
Location : Sector-18, Noida Skills Required : Sales & Good Communication skills Minimum Qualification : Any Graduate Experience Required : 2 Years in Delhi NCR Real Estate
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, site visits, references, and marketing campaigns
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Follow up with potential buyers and maintain a sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate deals and close sales transactions
- Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for closures
- Maintain records in CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor projects
